VISIONARY MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP
GE 4301 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
In this course, the student will learn the fundamental difference between visionary leadership and managerial leadership. The student will become acquainted with his/her leadership style and how to synthesize his/her strengths with the body of Christ. Finally, the student will learn how to become a situational leader so as to facilitate growth and strength in the infrastructure of the church.
BIBLIOLOGY
B 4303 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
In this course, students will be given an overview of the history of the Bible including its provenance, development and translations to English. The course will also cover doctrines of inspiration and inerrancy as well as current relevance and trustworthiness.
JOHANNINE EPISTLES
B 4302 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
In this course, students will explore the cultural context of John's letters. The student will identify and define deadly threats to the first century Apostolic church and how these same threats face today's church. Finally, the student will learn the three building blocks of Apostolic identity as presented in John's epistles. Various ethical concerns will be covered from an historical and biblical perspective.
I AND II PETER

In this course, students will grasp an understanding of the cultural background of the Epistles of Peter and apply it contextually in practical ministry. Students will learn how God synthesizes belief and behavior in the Christian life through suffering.
CHRISTIAN CRISIS CARE
CE 4307 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
This course will equip students with the tools to help those who are facing grief and loss. It will provide a theological framework for responding to crisis situations, place specific emphasis on scriptural study of Jesus' ministry, and will provide the ultimate example on which to base a crisis care response ministry.
PRINCIPLES OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION
CE 4308 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
In this course, students will study effective listening and speaking skills, how to verbally diffuse difficult situations, and explore anger management techniques.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
CE 4306 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
In this course, the student will learn that conflict reveals unmet needs and that it can be redemptive and not destructive. The student will become cognizant of the various styles of conflict resolution and learn how to apply the biblical model of conflict resolution in the church.
INTERCULTURAL MISSIONS
MI 4304 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
Further study of the ways in which cultures differ and of the principles of communicating the gospel to people of other cultures. An examination will be made of culture shock and numerous examples of cultural differences will be given.
POSTMODERNISM FROM AN APOSTOLIC PERSPECTIVE
T 4311 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
In this course, the student will explore the development of Post Modern Christianity and its affect on the religious world today. Particular emphasis will be given to the distinctive Apostolic Doctrines that the New Testament declares to be normative for the Church today.
CAPSTONE COURSE
CE 4310 | 3 CREDIT HOURS
Discipline-specific course in which the student draws upon knowledge gained over the course of their studies and combines it with an approved research topic to develop a detailed project proposal that will benefit the local, global, or national community.
